1. Create a new 512 x 512 file.
2. Filter > Render > Clouds
3. Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates [Polar to Rectangular]
4. Save this image as "changeShape.psd"
5. Duplicate Background (Ctrl + J)
6. Select Layer 1, Filter > Distort > Displace [Horizontal Scale = 0, Vertical Scale = -100] and then choose changeShape.psd
7. Change blend mode to "Overlay"
8. Layer > Flatten Image
9. Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates [Rectangular to Polar]
10. Image > Adjustment > Invert (Ctrl + I)
11 Adjust Curve (Ctrl + M)
